Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of klenua. They apply to visitors, registered users, and developers who provide content or digital tools through the platform. Individual agreements take precedence over these terms.

2. Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You must keep your access credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account where you are responsible for it. We may temporarily suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

3. Developer content

Developers remain responsible for their plugins, descriptions, screenshots, and other content. By uploading content, they grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide right necessary to operate the platform to store, technically process, display, and transmit it to users. Developers confirm that they have the necessary rights and will not upload unlawful, harmful, or third-party-rights-infringing content.

4. Review and security

We may review content and plugin packages automatically or manually, but are not obliged to do so. Approval or display on the platform is not a guarantee of a plugin’s safety, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users install digital tools at their own responsibility and should secure their systems.

5. Prohibited use

You must not bypass security measures, gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, publish unlawful or deceptive content, overload the platform through automation, or violate applicable law.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to operate the platform securely and reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body, or health, for breach of essential contractual obligations, and under mandatory law remains unaffected. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes and applicable law

We may amend these Terms of Use for the future where there is an objective reason, such as legal, technical, or functional changes. We will communicate material changes in an appropriate manner in good time. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory protections of consumers’ habitual country of residence remain unaffected.
